摘    要:生产过程中出现出纸困难、横向厚度不一、压榨断纸、筋道和卷烟纸的罗纹深度过浅等问题时,可能是压榨辊辊面失效所致。压榨辊的辊面磨损、脱胶的原因是过高的线压力、过高的车速、胶辊的表面硬度过低、不合适的中高。为了保护压榨辊的辊面,可以采用双刮刀、摆动式刮刀、纸页剥离装置、光电断纸检测系统、合适的助滤剂和对大压榨辊进行冷却等措施。对陶瓷辊、可控中高辊、胶辊和压榨辊的辊壳材料进行改进,可以延长压榨辊使用的寿命。
