貉被毛硒含量的研究

摘    要:目的:建立测定硒含量的方法,研究硒营养水平与毛皮动物"白鼻子病"之间的关系。方法:采用荧光法测定硒含量。结果:健康组貉四肢被毛中硒含量(0.740±0.128 mg/kg)低于患病组貉(0.970±0.200 mg/kg),且差异极显著(P〈0.01)。结论:硒含量的改变很可能是导致毛皮动物"白鼻子病"发生的一个重要诱因。

Abstract:Objective:To establish assay of selenium contents and research the association of selenium and fur animals with "white nose disease".Methods:Selenium contents were determined by fluorometric method.Results:Selenium contents were highly significant between raccoon dogs with health and "white nose disease"(p0.01),0.740±0.128 mg/kg and 0.970±0.200 mg/kg mg/L,respectively.Conclusion:The variation of selenium contents was probably the one of reasons with regard to "white nose disease" in fur animals.
