摘    要:基于大涡模拟和PIV(particle image velocimetry)测量的相似性,利用SPIV(stereoscopic PIV)测量结果,可以使用亚格子应力模型求解流场中的湍流耗散率.对比不同亚格子应力模型求出的结果,混合模型求出的结果较为准确,但需要合理选择模型中的系数C_(Sm)和C_(Am).利用该方法分析低速大尺寸压气机试验台转子近叶尖区域的SPIV测量结果,发现在设计状态流场中的损失主要源于叶尖泄漏涡,而在近失速状态则主要源于叶尖泄漏涡和角区旋涡.

Abstract:A method to calculate the entropy production rate based on the measured velocity flow fields was established based on the similar processes between stereoscopic particle image velocimetry(SPIV)measurement and large eddy simulation(LES).Comparing the turbulence dissipation rate estimated by several typical subgrid-scale(SGS) stress models,it can be found that the result calculated by the mixing model is most reasonable;however,the coefficients CSm and CAm should be well determined.Using the mixing model the entropy production rate of the complex flow fields near the rotor tip region measured by SPIV were analyzed.The results show that at the design condition the losses are mainly caused by the tip leakage vortex,while at the near-stall condition both the tip leakage vortex and the corner vortex can bring large flow losses.
