中国成年男子摄入原生放射性核素所致内照射剂量估算

摘    要:本文依据近年来对膳食摄入量和人体器官组织含量研究结果和有关文献进展,采用直接法和间接法估算了我国当前成年男子摄入原生放射性核素(氡与子体除外)所致年待积有效剂量约为O.484mSv,比UNSCEAR世界估算值高约69%;^238u放射系的约为估算值的2.6倍;钍放射系的约为3.6倍。这些差异可归因于我国土壤铀、钍浓度都高于世界均值和特定膳食组成等因素。采用直接法估算40K年有效剂量为O.168Msv,接近于世界估算值(O.165Msv)。^z38U系和^232Th系核素按直接法和间接法估算值分别为O.22mSv和O.3mSv,都比UNSCEAR世界相应估算值高。这些结果为推荐我国天然辐射剂量参考值、我国参考人相应参数和辐射监测背景值提供了有用依据。最后,对我国今后研究提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Based on recent research findings on dietary intakes and organ or tissue contents and advance in related literature data, present internal dose from primordial radionuclides (except radon and its short-liveddaughters) to Chinese adult man was estimated by direct and indirect approach in this paper. It is showed that the total annual committed effective dose to Chinese adult man accounts for about 0.484 mSv, 69% higher than the world estimated value by UNSCEAR. The annual doses from 238 U series and 232 Th series nuclides are 2.6-fold and 3.6-fold higher in China than the world estimated value,respectively. These differences may be attributed to higher U and Th concentrations in Chinese soil than the world reference value and particular diet composition. The estimated dose for 40 K by direct approach, 0.168 mSv, is quite consistent with present world estimated value (0.165 mSv). The estimated values from two radioactive series nuclides by direct and indirect approach are 0.22 mSv and 0.31 mSv,respectively, both of them are higher than the world estimated values. These results have provided useful bases for recommending reference dose of related natural radiation exposure, parameters of Chinese Reference Man and background value of radiation monitoring. Finally,some suggestions are presented for the further research.
