基于集中控制的分布式潮流控制器策略研究

摘    要:作为解决柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)装置可靠性低、维护成本高等问题的可靠手段,分布式柔性交流输电技术(D-FACTS)以其灵活快速的特点成为FACTS研究的热点方向。文中从分布式串联电抗器(DSR)和分布式静止串联补偿器(DSSC)的结构和原理出发,将DSSC和DSR的工作方式相结合,得到分布式潮流控制器(DPFC)方案。该DPFC子控制单元使得阻抗调节兼具连续性和分级性的特点,在系统层面以集中控制的方式进行子单元整体投切和连续控制。文中提出了基于该方案的“DSSC+”集中控制、分布安装的DPFC系统架构,具体研究了基于在线负反馈的系统控制策略,并通过实时数字仿真算例验证了该策略的有效性,为该方案的工程应用提供理论支撑。

Strategy research of distributed power flow controller based on centralized control

Abstract:As a means to solve the problems of low reliability and high maintenance cost of flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) devices, distributed flexible AC transmission system (D-FACTS) has become the research hotspot in FACTS area with its flexible and rapid features. Based on the structures and principles of Distributed Series Reactor (DSR) and Distributed Static Series Compensator (DSSC), a (Distributed Power Flow Controller) DPFC scheme which combines the working modes of DSSC and DSR is proposed in this paper. The DPFC sub-control unit makes the impedance adjustment of transmission lines both continuous and hierarchical, and performs overall switching and continuous control of the sub-units in a centralized control manner at the system level. Based on the scheme, the organization structure of a "DSSC+" type DPFC system, fea-turing centralized control and distributed installation, is proposed. The system control strategy based on online negative feedback is studied in detail. The effectiveness of the strategy is verified by a simulation example, providing theoretical sup-port for engineering applications.
