完全学分制下高校学生思想政治教育创新研究

完全学分制是我国教育与时俱进、深化改革的必然趋势，在中国特色社会主义建设合格人才的培养方面将发挥重要作用。完全学分制打破传统的学生工作模式，改变学生思想政治教育管理理念，彻底实现从“管柬型”向“服务、引导型”转变，给学生思想政治教育工作带来前所未有的挑战。学生思想政治工作只有寻求新的“增长点”，树立“以生为本、服务中求管理”的工作理念，实现从“管束”到引导，从管理到服务的转变；构筑“三全育人”的工作体系，做到多维立体化；加强校园文化建设，积极引导学生社团活动；夯实学生干部队伍建设，才能够取得预期的效果。
