摘    要:对安钢超宽板坯表面纵裂纹产生的原因进行分析,采取提高钢水质量、提高结晶器进水温度、保护渣优化、换渣操作、挑渣条操作以及加强结晶器管理等措施,表面纵裂纹比率大幅度降低。

Abstract:The paper has analyzed the formation causes of surface longitudinal cracks in Angang's super - width slab, and some measures such as steel liquid quality improved, water - input temperature of mould increased, power slag optimized, slag - change operation, slag strip - removal operation and mould management strengthened were adopted to decrease the cracks ratio.
