摘    要:本文对黄河冲积平原区城市建设用地适宜性进行研究,利用地质环境等要素,通过单元多因子分级加权指数和法对平原区建设用地开发适宜性进行评价.以商丘市为例,通过对商丘市地貌、第四纪地质特征(地层、成因、岩性等)进行综合工程地质调查,以地貌成因类型、岩土层性质与结构组合类型、是否存在密实砂土层作为桩基持力层为依据,将商丘市规划区...

Abstract:This paper studies the suitability of construction land development in Yellow River alluvial plain.Evaluates the suitability of urban construction land development through multi-factor weighted averaged method using geological environment elements Taking the planning urban area of Shangqiu as an example,according to basis of comprehensive investigation of the geomorphology,Quaternary geological characteristics (such as stratum,genesis,lithology,etc.) and engineering geological investigations in Shangqiu area,Based on landform,geomorphic unit of genetic type,character and structure assembled type of soil layer,whether being pile foundation bearing stratum such as hard soil,Shangqiu urban planing area has been divided into 4 engineering geology Section.Based on the spatial analysis function of Mapgis,the paper did geological environment suitability evaluation of construction land in Shangqiu urban plan-ning area used the multi-factor weighted averaged method.The evaluation result accord with local actual situations,provided scientific basis for function division of the planning area.
