| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PPH加ECH对严重直肠黏膜脱垂伴Ⅲ~Ⅳ度痔的治疗效果。方法对20例严重直肠黏膜脱垂伴Ⅲ~Ⅳ度痔的患者,采用PPH术加ECH术治疗。结果治愈20例,无复发。结论该术式具有安全有效,患者痛苦少,恢复快等特点。相对传统的手术方法有很大的优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the double stapling technique（PPH and ECH）in the treatment of serious internal rectal mucosal prolapse with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoid.Methods Operation of the double stapling technique（PPH and ECH） was done in 20 cases with serious internal rectal mucosal prolapse and Ⅲ-Ⅳdegree hemorrhoid.Results The operation completely cured 20 cases with no recurrence.Conclusion This method（PPH and ECH） are safe,effective,with early recovery and less or no pain.It is more advantage compared with traditional method. |
