基于ANSYS Workbench的DVG850工作台拓扑优化

摘    要:以DVG850高速立式加工中心工作台为例,利用SolidWorks软件强大的三维实体设计功能,精确地实现了工作台的三维建模,通过专有程序接口将模型导入到ANSYS Workbench软件中。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件的静力学分析功能,对工作台进行静力学分析,并根据计算结果校核了工作台的静刚度。应用ANSYS Workbench中的拓扑优化模块对工作台结构进行改进。改进后的工作台保持了原结构的静刚度,但质量却比原方案减少23.2kg。

Abstract:Taking the Worktable of High-speed vertical machining center DVG850 as example,make use of the strong 3D entity design function of SolidWorks software,created the 3D solid model of the Worktable accurately,then leading the model to ANSYS Workbench by proprietary program interface.Using the static analyzing function of ANSYS Workbench,the static stiffness of the Worktable was checked according to the calculation results.Finally,the design of the Worktable was optimized by the topological optimization in ANSY...
