摘    要:以重金属回收和废水回用为目的,研究了纳滤膜处理镀铬废水。本文讨论了操作压力、膜通量、CrO4^2-离子浓度以及浓缩过程等影响。由实验结果可知,操作压力对CrO4^2-离子的截留率影响较大,而CrO4^2-离子浓度以及浓缩过程的影响较小。在低压和废水浓度较低的情况下,CrO4^2-的截留率可达99%以上,从而实现了镀铬废水分离处理,并达到了回用目的。

Abstract:On the purpose of recycling metal and wastewater,the treatment of wastewater containing CrO_4~(2-) was studied by nanofiltration separation.The effects of different operation pressure,membrane flow rate,CrO_4~(2-) concentration and concentrating procedure on nanofiltration process were discussed here.The experimental results showed that the CrO_4~(2-) rejection was affected by the operation pressure while it was slightly affected by CrO_4~(2-) ion concentration and concentrating procedure.Under the condition of low operation pressure and low CrO_4~(2-) ion concentration of wastewater,the CrO_4~(2-) rejection was stable and more than 99%.Therefore,the permeation water could be recycled.
