摘    要:设计了一种新的硬件系统,采用光栅位移传感器结合DSP器件实现了位移测量的数字化;传感器输出信号先采用电阻链分相细分,然后通过TMS320LF2407A内部脉冲编码电路(QEP)完成辨向和二次细分,达到了高精度位移测量的目的.测试实验证明该方法集成度高,实时性好,测量精度高.

Abstract:A new hardware system is designed. The digital displacement measurement is implemented by using optical grating displacement sensor and DSP. The signal is divided by phase-shifting resister chain, and then it is direction-discriminated and further divided by using internal QEP circuit of TMS320LF2407A, in order to ob- tain the high precision of displacement measurement. The experimental results show that the method has high integration, good real time and high precision
