摘    要:利用光电子能谱仪(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)研究了后处理条件(不同酸度的洗液及基底)对电化学合成的Ru(核)-RuO2(壳) (RNCO)纳米颗粒的结构和形貌的影响. 结果发现, 直接用水洗的RNCO纳米颗粒会在铜基底上组装成线或棒, 而在单晶硅基底上没有发生明显的组装行为. 在稀盐酸洗涤过程中, RNCO的核壳结构被破坏, 并且各自发生聚集和生长, 当产物置于硅片上时, RNCO明显分离为RuO2膜和金属Ru颗粒; 当产物置于Cu片上时, Ru生长成为方形颗粒, RuO2颗粒黏附其上. 在浓盐酸中, RNCO的核壳发生化学反应生成新的钌氧化物相, 新物相以膜的形式铺展在硅片上, 而在Cu片上呈现角状结晶.
