摘    要:介绍了抽油机改进设计的状况;论述了CYJY12-4.8-73HB型偏置抽油机支架结构改进设计的具体过程;并利用ANSYS分析软件对改进后的支架进行了典型工况的应力及位移有限元分析。在此基础上,对支架进行了刚度、静强度、疲劳强度和稳定性校核计算。结果表明:支架经过改进设计之后,不仅结构趋于合理,安全可靠,而且重量下降了13.50%,对提高抽油机的设计质量降低制造成本都具主要意义。

Abstract:The improved design for pumping unit is introduced. The process for improving the design of CYJY12-4.8-73HB offset pumping unit support is denoted. The software ANSYS is used to conduct a finite element analysis on its stress and displacement of typical working conditions for the improved support. On the basis denoted above, calibrating calculation is conducted on its stiffness, static strength, fatigue strength and its stability. The result shows that design of the support is improved, it tends to be rational in structure, reliable for installation with its weight reduction for 13.5%, which is of great significance for improving the quality of pumping unit design and reducing its manufacturing cost.
