摘    要:论述了水力旋流器内部流场特性研究的发展历程及研究现状。详细介绍了数值试验方法在旋流器模型建立、内部流场特性描述、颗粒在其流场中的分离过程以及旋流器结构参数优化设计等方面的应用。在此基础上,提出了今后的研究方向与重点,即对于轴向零速包络面(LZVV)及空气柱的特性仍需进一步研究;在高浓度矿浆中,颗粒形状及颗粒与颗粒、颗粒与流体、颗粒与器壁之间相互作用对分离效率的影响仍是下一个时期的研究重点。

Abstract:The inner flow field of hydrocyclone plays an essential role for the separation of a given particle group.The development of internal flow field and the research status of flow field characteristics for hydrocyclone are reviewed.The application of numerical simulation in the establish of hydrocyclone mathematical model,characterization of internal flow field,separation process of solid particles,and optimization design of structural parameters for hydrocyclones are introduced in detailed.Based on these analysis,further investigation on the features of the envelope of zero vertical velocity(LZVV) and an air core will be required.The influence of particle shape,as well as the particle-particle,particle-fluid,and particle-wall interactions on the separation efficiency in high concentration slurry will be the focused on.
