| Abstract: | A new model method is studied to control the welding deformation. With this method, the relationship of residual deformation between real object and model is derived from that of elastic energy. Thin plate assumption and consistant elastic strain energy density assumption are used to simplify the coefficient which is acquired by FEM at last. This method is verified by experiment. |
