摘    要:针对传统的需求价格弹性理论仅考虑到需求与价格之间的关系,无法同时考虑到用户的意愿和反映用户对于分时电价的真实响应情况等问题,提出了基于戴蒙德模型的同时,可考虑价格与用户意愿的响应行为分析方法。首先,结合需求价格弹性、相对风险厌恶不变函数,考虑价格与用户意愿等因素对用户响应行为进行建模;其次以效用函数最大为目标,结合各时段的用电约束,构建了用户优化决策模型,继而进行优化求解,模拟用户的最优决策行为;最后通过算例验证了该模型改善了居民用户的用电曲线,降低了居民用户的电费成本,可以模拟拥有不同意愿的用户响应情况。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the traditional demand price elasticity theory only considers the relationship between demand and price,and can not consider the user’s willingness and reflect the real response of users to time of use price at the same time,a response behavior analysis method based on diamond model considering both price and user’s will is proposed in this paper.Firstly,combined with the demand price elasticity and relative risk aversion invariant function,considering the factors such as price and user willingness,the user response behavior is modeled.Secondly,taking the maximum utility function as the goal,combined with the power consumption constraints of each period,the user’s optimization decision-making model is constructed,and then the optimization solution is carried out to simulate the optimal decision-making behavior of users.Finally,the model is verified by an example.It improves the power consumption curve of residential users,reduces the electricity cost of residential users,and can simulate the response of users with different wishes.
