摘    要:小冠头双线螺栓用衬套在过盈配合过程中,套身容易出现裂纹或卷边。针对此问题,运用Abaqus有限元软件对小冠头双线螺栓用衬套、薄壁件分别定义为0Cr18Ni9、Q235钢的材料属性,通过改变小冠头双线螺栓用衬套与薄壁件孔配合的过盈量和小冠头双线螺栓用衬套套身长度,对配合过程中的应力(装配应力)、接触压力以及所需压装力的影响规律进行研究;用压力可控的压铆设备针对有限元模拟中的各种情况进行压装实验。研究结果表明:装配应力随着过盈量的增加而增大,衬套套身长度对装配应力影响不大;接触压力、所需压装力随着过盈量的增加和衬套套身长度的增长呈递增趋势;当过盈量达到0.1 mm时,小冠头双线螺栓用衬套容易出现压扁现象,衬套套身长度越长越容易发生卷边。

Abstract:In the process of interference fitting,the bushing body of small crown double line bolt is prone to crack or edge curling.Aiming at this problem,the finite element software Abaqus to little league double bolt head bushing,thin-walled defined respectively 0Cr18Ni9 and Q235 steel material properties,by changing the small crown double bolt head bushing hole with thin wall parts with small amount of interference and crown head double bolt line enters the body length,to cooperate in the process of stress(assembly stress),contact pressure and the study of the influence law of force installation needed,and apply pressure controlled pressure riveting equipment,according to the theory of finite element simulation situations being connected in the experiment.The results show that:the assembly stress increases with the increase of interference,and the length of bushing body has little effect on the assembly stress.With the increase of interference and the increase of bushing body length,the contact pressure and the required pressure are increasing.When the interference amount reaches 0.1 mm,the bushing of small crown double line bolt is prone to flattening,and the longer the bushing body length is the more prone to flanging.
