环保型调湿材料的调湿性能试验研究

摘    要:以石膏为基础胶结材料,通过添加吸附性较好的植物纤维、活性炭和高岭土,研制出一种具有较好调湿能力的材料;对配制的几种调湿材料的吸放湿性能进行了测定;利用计算机软件拟合了湿平衡曲线,得到调湿材料的等温吸湿曲线函数关系式。实验表明,植物纤维类调湿材料的调湿性能较好,在石膏基础上制备成装饰兼吸湿板材。

Abstract:Material with better humidity control capability is prepared taking gypsum as basic cementing material and adding plant fiber,active carbon and kaolin which have better adsorption capability.Tests are made on absorption and desorption performances of several humidity-controlling materials.Using the computer software to fit humidity equilibrium curve,and obtain isothermal humidity absorption curvilinear function relation expression of humidity-controlling material.The experiments indicate that plant fiber humidity-controlling material has better humidity control performance which can be used for making decoration and humidity absorption board taking gypsum as basic material.
