| 摘 要： | 与传统GIS相比，“基于Web-GIS的城市地下管线系统”利用了Internet的优势，实现地下管线统一管理，管线信息共享，跨越时间、空间、行业的隔阀，符合今后GIS的发展方向。本文中，笔者选择组件技术作为构建“基于Web-GIS的城市地下管线系统”的主要技术，提出以Microsoft的COM/ActiveX为技术标准，采用ManInfo公司的GIS组件MapX来构建“基于Web-GIS的城市地下管线系统”。文中还详细介绍了系统的主要功能模块。

| Abstract: | Comparing the original CIS,this underground pipeline system takes the advantage of Internet , and then manages the centrah'zed pipeline, so all users can share the pipeline information in despite of the separation in time,space and different trades. It conforms to the trend of GIS. In this paper, the author chooses the component design as the main technology to set up a city underground pipeline system. The GIS component of MapInfo's MapX is used to set up the system according to the technology standard of Microsoft's COM/ActiveX.The main function modules of the system are introduced in detail in this paper. |
