EVOH纤维制备MH-Ni电池隔膜初步研究

摘    要:EVOH纤维具有较好的电化学稳定性和耐碱性,可应用在MH-Ni电池隔膜上.对EVOH制备MH-Ni电池隔膜进行了初步研究,通过控制纸页结构不同.测定隔膜的孔径、孔隙率、吸碱率和吸碱高度等几个重要性能的变化趋势.结果表明:随着纸页紧度的增加,最大孔径、平均孔径、孔隙率和吸碱率都会降低,而吸碱高度的变化不明显,始终保持在10mm/10 min左右.

Abstract:Because of good electrochemical stability and alkaline resistance,EVOH fiber can be used in the Ni-MH separator. The making of Ni-MH separator has been preliminarily studied in this paper,and pore size, porosity, alkaline holding rate and alkaline rate of adsorption were measured to determine the influence of change of paper structure on these performances.
