| 摘 要： | 可靠性工程在武器装备研制、生产与管理中具有极其重要的作用。本文从不断跟踪国外可靠性人才培养模式和前沿课程建设情况,加强课程体系与教材建设,努力营造良好的科研学术环境,积极探索和开展教学研究和教学改革等方面论述了可靠性工程人才的培养。

| Abstract: | Reliability engineering plays an important role in the development,production,and management of weapon equipment.Training of reliability engineering professionals is discussed in several aspects,such as following the development of reliability professionals's training models and the details of the latest curriculum,improvement of curriculum system and teaching materials, creation of a good environment of research and science,exploration and implementation of teaching research and innovation. |
