| 摘 要： | 门座起重机变幅机构设计的优劣决定性地影响整机的使用性能。对传统门座起重机组合臂架式变幅机构的数学模型进行了合理简化,并利用遗传算法的并行处理特性对其进行轨迹与尺寸综合优化。数值算例表明,本文方法是有效的,且计算结果较传统方法更优。

| Abstract: | The quality of the design for jib lubbing mechanism has a determining influence on the operating performance of the gantry crane.The conventional mathematical model of the jib lubbing mechanism simplified,and then whose locus and dimension optimized by taking advantage of the concurrent processing property of genetic algorithm,the numerical calculation indicates that the method provided works,and is better than that of classical algorithm. |
