| Abstract: | A newly developed underground explosion resistant device consistedof pickup camera and light transmitter is described in this paper. Thedevice is suitable for use of the optical fiber cable as transmission mediumto configurate the underground video transmission channel with the lightreceiver. A industrial TV net which mainly contains optical fiber videochannels and a video channel multiplexer based on single-chip computeras well as ten coders has been carried out since 1988. All of ten videomonitors can automatically display images of up to 16 video channels byoperating the keypad of user's coder. The underground and surfaceindustrial TV net has been an important part of the dispatching system inWangzhuang Coal Mine. |
