城镇生活污水处理中絮凝剂工艺研究

摘    要:研究了硅藻土、聚合Fe SO4、K2Fe O4处理生活污水时,添加量、p H值、搅拌时间以及搅拌转速对生活污水中的COD和浊度的影响。结果表明,p H值=8时,添加40 mg/L的絮凝剂,100 r/min搅拌3 min,在此条件下:硅藻土对COD的清除率为49.5%,浊度清除率为91.1%,聚合Fe SO4对COD的清除率为51.2%,浊度清除率为90.2%,K2Fe O4对COD的清除率为51.4%,浊度清除率为89.5%。

Study on Flocculant in the process of urban sewage treatment

Abstract:Study on the polymerization of diatomite, FeSO4, K2FeO4 treatment of domestic sewage, the adding amount, pH, stirring time and stirring speed effected the domestic sewage in COD and turbidity. The results showed that, pH=8, flocculant adding 40mg/L, 100r/min and stirring for 3rain, under these conditions: diatomite removal rate of COD was 49.5%, turbidity removal rate was 91.1%, the polymerization FeSO4 removal rate of COD was 51.2%, turbidity removal rate was 90.2%, K2FeO4 removal rate of COD is 51.4%, the clearance rate of turbidity of 89.5%.
