| 摘 要： | 教学团队建设是高等院校质量工程建设的一项重要内容,目的在于促进教学研讨和教学经验交流,开发教学资源,推进教学工作的老中青相结合,发扬传、帮、带作用,加强青年教师培养,不断提高高等院校教学质量。本文着重探讨高等农业院校＂中药学教学团队＂建设的探索与思考。

| Abstract: | The objective of teaching team construction,one of the most important quality project in universities,is to improve teaching and explore teaching resource.In addition,it can drive combination of old,mid-age and young teachers for teaching work,and enhance cultivation of young teachers.Increase of teaching quality is another function of teaching team construction.This paper focuses on discussing practice and thinking of TCM teaching team construction. |
