摘    要:海上靶场试验需要对水柱与靶船的偏差进行测量,但是一直没有较可靠的测量手段。陆上测量时,可以设置基准点对相机进行标校,然后测量目标位置,但在海上,因基准点只能集中在靶船上,测量结果极差。在传统相机标校测量方法基础上,提出了一个新标校测量方法,只需在靶船上设置两个基准点。将标校过程与目标位置测量过程分开,首先标定出相机内参数矩阵,再利用空间几何关系计算目标位置。该方法解决了海上水柱偏差测量问题,而且方法可靠,实现方便,与传统相机标校测量方法相比提高了测量精度。

Abstract:The deviation from target ship to the water column in some test on navy rang needs to be measured,but there no dependable measuring way. If the test performs on land,a lot of fix base points is positioned,the deviation will be measured base on camera calibration. When the test performs on sea,the base points can be fixed on the target ship only,the traditional way will lead to big error margin. In traditional way foundation,a new way is put forward, which two base point is needed only. There are two processes of the camera calibration with the position measure two processes in the new way,the calibration parameter of matrix inside camera is in the first process,then computing the target position is use d in the space position relation in the second process. The deviation measure of nautical water column in that method is resolved;and it is dependable,realizing convenience;and the measuring error compare with the traditional way is reduced.
