红外脉冲激光测距仪发收光轴一致性测试方法研究

摘    要:脉冲激光测距中激光发射、接收光轴一致性是其测距性能的保障。针对红外激光测距仪发、收光轴一致性的检测任务,设计了一种基于离轴式大口径平行光管的测量系统。当测量发射光轴时,激光经离轴抛物面反射镜反射后,再经平面反射镜反射汇聚到位于焦平面上的上转换板上,形成可见光光斑,求出光斑中心,以该位置表征激光发射轴;保持焦平面位置不动,将上转换板换下。将自发激光衰减反馈模块的光纤输出端子安装到焦平面定位框上,可以测得脉冲激光测距仪的激光接收轴。计算可得出发、收光轴的偏差角,测试精度为0.05mil。

Abstract:The consistency of laser transmitting and receiving optical axis is the guarantee of ranging performance in pulsed laser ranging. A measuring system based on off-axis large aperture collimator is designed according to the detec-tion task about infrared laser range finder's optical consistency.When measuring the transmitting optical axis,the laser is reflected by an off-axis parabolic reflector,then it is reflected by the plane mirror and converged to the upper conver-sion plate on the focal plane,and the visible light spot is formed,then the spot center is obtained,this position indi-cates that the laser emission axis;keep the focal plane position unchanged,replace the up conversion plate.The optical fiber output terminal of the spontaneous laser attenuation feedback module is installed on the focal plane positioning frame,and the laser receiving axis of the pulse laser range finder can be measured.The deviation angle of the starting and receiving optical axis can be calculated,and the test accuracy is 0.05mil.
