| 摘 要： | 产业集群的竞争力依靠集群企业的技术创新能力，集群企业技术创新过程是知识流动的过程，组织学习的各个环节贯穿于技术创新过程的始终。南通家纺产业集群企业的组织学习可促使该集群的竞争力提升，带动相关产业和区域经济的发展，对产业升级具有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The paper holds that the competitiveness of an industry cluster depends on the member enterprises’ technological innovation power.While the technological innovation of an industry cluster comes with the knowledge flow,organization learning goes through the whole process of technological innovation.The case of Natong textile industry cluster shows that organization learning can promote the competitiveness of the cluster as a whole and even drive the development of related industries and regional economy and has a significant effect on the upgrading of the industry. |
