微生物有机肥对豫烟7号生长发育及烤烟品质的影响

摘    要:为充分彰显豫烟7号香气量足、香气质好的特性,提高烤后烟品质,以豫烟7号为材料,通过微生物有机肥不同用量试验研究了其对豫烟7号生长发育及烤后烟品质的影响,进而解决河南烟区烟草品种浓香型风格弱化问题。结果表明:微生物有机肥对烟株农艺性状影响不显著,但能够降低烟株主要病害的发病率及病情指数、显著提高烤后烟产值、改善烤后烟上部烟叶结构、提高中上部烟叶身份和各部位烟叶油分及嗅香、增加下部叶和上部叶的色度并减少挂灰;另外,微生物有机肥能够提高烤后烟叶的还原糖和钾含量,并降低烟叶的氯和淀粉含量,提高烤后烟叶化学成分协调性;施用微生物有机肥能够提高单料烟的评吸质量,提高其香气质、香气量、浓度、刺激性、余味、燃烧性和灰色。总体来说,施用微生物有机肥750 kg/hm~2+烟草复合肥112.5 kg/hm~2的处理,烤烟发病率与病情指数最低,烤后烟主要化学成分协调性和单料烟评吸质量最好。

Effect of Microbial Organic Fertilizer on Growth Development and Quality of Flue Cured Tobacco Yuyan7
Abstract:In order to fully demonstrate the characteristics of Yuyan 7, the great aroma quality and quantity, to improve the quality of lfue-cured tobacco, took the Yuyan 7 as material, the effects of different amounts of microbial organic fertilizer on the growth development of the Yuyan 7 and the quality of tobacco after baking were studied, to solve the problem of the Henan tobacco varieties highly lfavored type weakening. The results showed that the effect of microbial organic fertilizer on tobacco agronomic traits was not signiifcant; microbial organic fertilizer can reduce the disease incidence and disease index of tobacco, signiifcantly improved the output value of baked tobacco, improved the structure of the upper tobacco leaves after baking, improved tobacco leaves oil and smell, increase the color of lower and upper leaves and reduce the dust hanging; in addition, microbial organic fertilizer could improve the reducing sugar and potassium content of flue-cured tobacco leaves, and reduce the chlorine and starch content of tobacco leaves, and improve the coordination of chemical components of lfue-cured tobacco leaves; the application of microbial organic fertilizer can improve the cigarette smoking quality, improve the quality and volume of aroma, concentration, irritation, aftertaste, combustibility and grey. In general, the application of microbial organic fertilizer treatment 750 kg/hm2 + tobacco compound fertilizer 112.5 kg/hm2, incidence and disease index of lfue-cured tobacco were the lowest; the main chemical components of lfue-cured tobacco coordination and unblended cigarette smoking quality were the best.
