Abstract:Two kinds of wind load sensors applied in building wind engineering research are introduced in this paper. One is mini sdynamic wind load micro-pressure sensor used for the contraction mode wind tunnel test of buildings, which is a kind of piezoresistive micro-differential pressure sensing element with quasi-flush and stress-free micro-encapsulation of the beam membrane island composite force sensitive structure using MEMS technology. Another is a kind of the wind load sensor for the field measurement, which is the force sensitive chip using MEMS beams film composite structure, and is also the composite wind and rain loads encapsulated by the performance of the decrease effect of rain tension and impacting load associated vibration and lightning protection. They have achieved good application effect in the experiments and practical application.
