PBL教学法在《临床医学概论》教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨"基于问题的学习"教学法(PBL)在《临床医学概论》教学中的应用价值。方法:将药品经营与管理专业学生70人随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35人,分别采用PBL和传统教学法教学。相关课程结束后,统一进行理论笔试和问卷调查。结果:实验组的教学效果和学生满意度明显优于对照组。结论:PBL教学法在药品经营与管理专业《临床医学概论》课程的教学中取得了比较满意的教学效果,显著提高了学生的自学能力及临床思维能力,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the teaching effects of PBL teaching mode applied in the course-clinical medicine outline. Meth- ods:70 second-year drug operation and management major students were randomly divided into PBL group (35 students) and tradi- tionalteaching mode group (35 students). As the relevant course completed, questionnaire investigate and theoretic examinations were performed to compare the effect. Results: The teaching effects and students' satisfaction of PBL group were superior to the traditional one. Conclusion : Satisfied effect of PBL teaching mode which improved self-learning ability and clinical thinking training has been found in teaching the course of clinical medicine outline for drug operation and management students, and the method de- serves to be popularized.
