非典型抗精神病药引起女性闭经的调查

目的：了解女性患者服用非经典抗精神病药后出现闭经的情况。方法：对人院后的女性精神分裂症患者进行观察，对五种非经典抗精神病药物用药前及用药后4周血清泌乳素（PRL）变化，和5种药物所致闭经的构成比做统计分析。结果：2006年6月-2007年10月共观察女性患者386例，根据所服抗精神病药不同分成5组，利培酮（98例）25．38％，奥氮平（73例）18．91％，奎硫平（74例）19．71％，阿立呱唑（80例）20．73％，齐拉西酮（61例）15．80％；5种药物所致闭经67例，发生率17．4％。结论：非经典抗精神病药也可升高催乳素从而引起闭经，在本次调查中，5种非典型抗精神病药用药后4周PRL较用药前升高明显，在用药过程中出现闭经的比例均在10．00％以上，其中以利培酮、奥氮平为高。

The survey of amenorrhea in the female psychiatric patients taking untypical antipsychotics

Objective To observe the occurrence rate of amenorrhea in female schizophrenia patients after taking untypical antipsychotic drugs.Method The patients were treated with five different types of untypical antipsychotic drugs.The data of the schizophrenia patients with self made questionnaire before and after drugs taken for 4 weeks were collected,the occurrence rate of amenorrhea and prolactin(PRL) level in serum of the patients among different drug groups were compared with statistical method.Results Three hundred and eight-six in-patients in Shunde Wuzhongpei Memory Hospital(June 2006 to October 2007) were enrolled in this study.The total 386 patients were divided into 5 groups according to the different drugs taken.The serum prolactin level were raised in the five different drug groups.The occurrence rate of menorrhea in each drug group revealed by our observation were listed as follows: Risperidone 25.38%(n=98),Olanzapine 18.91%(n=73),Qutiepine 19.71%(n=74),Aripiprazone 20.73%(n=80),Ziprasidone 15.80%(n=61).The total occurrence rate of menorrhea of the five groups was 17.4%.Conclusion Amenorrhea can caused by untypical antipsychotic drugs.In our study,the prolactin levels in the serum all raise higher after using antipsychotic drugs in 4 weeks,and the average amenorrhea rates in the four drug groups are all above 10%.Among them,risperidone and olanzapine rank much more higher.
