福莫司汀治疗恶性神经胶质瘤

目的 :观察福莫司汀治疗恶性胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法 :手术证实的恶性胶质瘤 30例。给福莫司汀 10 0mg·m- 2 静脉滴注 ,每周 1次连续 3wk ,停药 5wk ,维持期治疗每 3wk静脉注射 1次 ,共 1～ 5次。化疗前后用CT或MRI观察抗肿瘤效果。毒性反应根据WHO毒性分级。结果 :30例中客观控制 6例 ( 2 0 % ) ,稳定控制 17例 ( 57% ) ,无效 7例( 2 3 % )。可逆性的血液学毒性较常见 ,主要为白细胞下降 ,毒性Ⅰ级以上的达到 4 0 %。恶心、呕吐常见 ,但能很好控制。肝功能异常 7%。未见肾功能异常。结论 :福莫司汀可能是对恶性胶质瘤有效的安全的化疗药物

Fotemustine in treating malignant glioma

AIM: To observe clinical results of fotemustine chemotherapy in malignant gliomas. METHODS: Thirty patients of adult operated malignant gliomas were treated with fotemustine 100 mg·m -2 intravenous infusion once a week for 3 consecutive weeks followed by a 5 wk rest period. Maintenance treatment consisted of one infusion every 3 wk, for 1×5 time. Antitumoral activity were investigated by comparing CT or MRI scanning in pre and postchemotherapy. Toxicity was evaluated by WHO grade system. RESULTS: In 30 patients, objective control in 6 patients(20 %), stable control in 17 patients (57 %), effectiveness in 7 patients (23 %). Haematological and liver toxicity were transient and reversible. Leucopenia was frequent (40 %), nausea and vomiting were common and mild. CONCLUSION: Fotemustine was a safe and effective drug for chemotherapy of malignant glioma.
