大倾角特厚煤层工作面圆弧段割煤工艺仿真研究

摘    要:为解决大倾角特厚煤层综放面支架的整体稳定性和下端头支护技术难题,近年来出现了"倾斜直线—圆弧—水平"的创新型大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面布置方式。在生产实践中发现采煤机在圆弧段割煤存在自行留顶切底现象,随着留顶切底量的积累,圆弧段上端点逐渐上移且圆弧段曲率增大,加剧支架倾倒,影响正常割煤。针对这一突出问题,采用软件集成的方法,动态仿真了圆弧段采煤机自行留顶切底割煤的复杂过程,直观显示每割一刀煤自行留顶切底的微量和多刀割煤自行留顶切底的累积量及留顶切底过程,并对仿真结果进行了综合分析。结果表明:每刀割煤严格按照仿真所得首刀割煤的留顶切底量值作为割顶留底量值,即可补偿采煤机留顶切底量以保持正常的圆弧段曲率。仿真结果为大倾角特厚煤层综放圆弧段工作面及其类似条件工作面作业规程编制和采煤机司机割煤操作培训提供了指导。
