| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨后肾腺瘤的临床及病理特点。方法:观察2例后肾腺瘤大体形态,并进行光镜观察和免疫组化检测,随访惠者并复习文献。结果:巨检肿瘤境界清楚;镜下该肿瘤由大小一致的肿瘤细胞排列成密集小管状、腺样结构,细胞无明显异型;文献报告WT1,CD57,CK7,AE1,CD56等抗体有助于鉴别诊断;后肾腺瘤预后较好。结论:后肾腺瘤是一种罕见的肾脏原发上皮源性肿瘤,了解该肿瘤临床及病理特点有助于鉴别其他易于混淆的肿瘤类型。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical features and histopathological character of metanephric adenoma.Methods:To re- port two cases of metanephric adenoma and review the literatures.Results:The tumors had clear edge.Microscopically,tumors were composed of benign small and cuboidual epithelial cells and with scant cytoplasm.Immunohistochemially,with WT1, CD57,CK7,AE1,CD56 can help diagnosing metanephric adenoma.Conclusion:Metanephric adenoma is a renal benign tumor, Mastering the clinical features and histopathological character of metanephric adenoma will help to diagnosis. |
