| 摘 要： | 电子病历无纸化存储是数字化医院环境下的一种管理模式。按照信息“互通互联、共享利用”的要求，结合医院信息化建设实际。开发了新的电子病历传输与归档系统，使分散在临床信息系统中的电子病历信息自动归档、汇总，实现了电子病历的无纸化存储，通过应用实践，取得了明显的管理效益、经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | The paper-free storage of electronic medical record is a management mode in digital hospitals. According to nformation requirement of Interconnection and Sharing, and combining with the practice of hospital informatization, a new electronic medical record transfer and filing system is developed to automatically file and collect the electronic medical records scattered in clinical information system, realizing the paper-free storage of the electronic medical record. And through application and practice, the management, economic and social benefits are obviously achieved. |
