脉冲射频术治疗难治性胸段带状疱疹后神经痛的临床观察

目的观察脉冲射频治疗难治性胸段带状疱疹后神经痛的效果并分析其影响因素。方法选择2011-12—2015-12间因难治性胸段带状疱疹后神经痛患者入院接受治疗的42例患者。均在C型臂引导下进行脉冲射频治疗。治疗效果评价采用简化Mc Gill疼痛问卷表。结果 42例患者经治疗后有效40例,术后12个月复发2例。治疗前、治疗后1周、3个月、12个月的简式Mc Gill疼痛问卷表(SF-MPQ)分值分别为(24.48±4.36)、(13.68±5.23)、(8.78±3.26)、(6.16±3.46),除术后3个月与术后12个月SF-MPQ差异无统计学意义(P0.05)外,其他数据差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论采用脉冲射频术治疗难治性胸段带状疱疹后神经痛,患者疼痛能够迅速缓解,生活质量得到显著提高,临床疗效较为显著,无严重不良反应。

Clinical observation of pulsed radiofrequency in treatment of postoperative pain in patients with refractory thorac-ic zoster

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pulsed radiofrequency treatment of refractory thoracic postherpetic neuralgia, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From December 2011 to December 2015 for refractory thoracic postherpetic neuralgia patients ad-mitted to accept the treatment 42 patients were included in this study. Results 42 patients after treatment,40 cases were effective,2 cases of recurrence 12 months after surgery. Before treatment,1 week after treatment,3 months,12 months McGill pain questionnaire( SF-MPQ) scores were(24. 48 ± 4. 36)、(13. 68 ± 5. 23)、(8. 78 ± 3. 26)、(6. 16 ± 3. 46),which in addition to 3 months after surgery and 12 months after surgery,SF-MPQ showed no significant difference,statistically significant differences between the 3 groups(P﹤0. 05). There were no seri-ous adverse reactions. Conclusion With pulsed radiofrequency refractory thoracic herpes zoster neuralgia treatment and pain of patients can quickly relieve,quality of life improved significantly,clinical curative effect is significant,no serious adverse reactions.
