自拟定眩止晕汤加减治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕96例临床观察

目的：观察自拟定眩止晕汤加减治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将192例椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为治疗组96例与对照组96例，治疗组采用自拟定眩止晕汤加减治疗，对照组采用口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。两组分别治疗15d后按照疗效判定标准进行临床疗效评价。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.87%，对照组总有效率为77.08%，经统计学处理，差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）。结论：自拟定眩止晕汤加减治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕疗效明显优于对照组。

Clinical observation on treating 96 cases of vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo with the Dingxuan Zhiyun decoction

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Dingxuan Zhiyun decoction on vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo. Moethods：192 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 96 cases for each. The treatment was given the Dingxuan Zhiyun decoction, while the control was given Flunarizine Hydrochloride capsules. Clinical effects in two groups were recorded after 15d of treatment. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was 96.88%, while in the control it was 77.08%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Dingxuan Zhiyun decoction is good at treating vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo.
