摘    要:设备管理/地理信息和系统(FM/GIS)目前主要应用在离线的配电管理系统,还未包含35-220kV电气设备绝缘运行状态的特征量。如何合理有效地组织大量的电气设备实时状态信息,从而实现对名种电气设备在线监测信息的有效管理,是电力系统亟待解决的一个问题。作者采用GIS空间拓扑数据模型来解决变电站内部设备的动态拓扑分析问题,并提出一种将FM/GIS与电气设备绝缘在线监测系统进行集成的方法,用实例说明了构造该实时状态信息系统的方法和步骤。应用表明,该方法能全面地反映电力系统及设备的运行状态,可大大减少突发故障造成的损失,能适应电力系统现代化管理的需要;并指出,FM/GIS发展的方向是集成GIS与电气设备绝缘在线监测系统,以此形成全新的电气设备绝缘在线监测实时信息系统。

Abstract:Recently the Facility Management/Geographic Information System (FM/GIS) is mainly applied in off line distribution management system, but the characteristics of insulation status of electric equipment from 35kV to 220kV are still not included in the system. How to rationally organize lots of real time status information of these equipment and thus to realize effective management of the on line monitoring information from them is the question which should be solved urgently. In this paper a spatial topology model of GIS is used to implement the dynamic topology analysis of the equipment within the substations, at the same time, a method of integrating the FM/GIS with on line insulation monitoring system of electric equipment is put forward, the means and steps for the construction of the real time status information system is explained through instances. Application results show that this method can overall reflect the running status of power system and its equipment and greatly reduce the losses caused by sudden faults. Therefore, this method can meet the needs of modern management of power system. It is also pointed out that the development trend of FM/GIS is to integrate GIS with on line insulation monitoring system of electric equipment to derive a brand new real time information system for on line insulation monitoring of electric equipment.
