油管传送射孔技术特点及应用前景

摘    要:油管传送射孔同其它射孔方式相比,不仅能确保高压油气井的射孔施工安全,较好地解决大斜度井及水平井射孔施工的问题,而且能在全井段实现合理负压差条件下射孔作业,有利于油、气层的保护。中原油田文72区块9口井射孔效果对比说明,用常规方法射孔日增油仅3.1t,而油管传送射孔日增油平均达20.65t,效果显著。将油管传送射孔技术与气体压裂等其它相关技术结合,将进一步拓宽油管传送射孔的应用范围

Abstract:Comparing to the other perforating ways, not only can the tubing conveyed perforating technology ensure the safe of perforating in high pressure oil wells and solve the problems of perforating in high angle deviated hole and horizontal wells, but also realize the reasonable underbalance perforating in whole section, and those are useful for formation protection. The result of 9 wells' perforating in block Wen72 of Zhongyuan oilfield indicates that only 3.1t/d incremental oil by using conventional perforating and 20.65t/d by tubing conveyed perforating. The effect of oilincrement by tubing conveyed perforating is obvious. If combining with other relative perforating technologies, the application scope of tubing conveyed perforating technology will be enlarged further.
