多媒体联合案例教学法在皮肤性病学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 观察多媒体联合案例教学法在皮肤性病学教学中的应用效果。方法 选取徐州医科大学2013级和2014级五年制临床医学专业共184名学生作为研究对象,按教学方法不同分为试验组A组和对照组B组,A组包括2014级96名学生,采用多媒体联合案例教学法,B组包括2013级88名学生,采用多媒体联合基础教学法,分别对学生进行一个章节的教学内容教学。授课结束后,对学生进行理论考试和满意度调查两项指标评价教学效果。结果 A组和B组教学完成后,考试测评结果显示,A组学生成绩总体优于B组(t=13.537,P<0.05),A组学生满意度总体优于B组(χ2=9.350,P<0.05)。结论 多媒体联合案例教学法在皮肤性病学教学中应用效果比多媒体联合基础教学法更好,能显著提高学生的理论成绩及临床实践能力,有利于提高教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of the multimedia combined with case teaching method in teaching of dermatology and venerology. Methods A total of 184 students from Class 2013 and Class 2014 of clinical medicine in Xuzhou Medical University were selected as research objects. According to the different teaching methods, they were divided into Group A, including 96 students of Class 2014, and Group B, including 88 students of Class 2013. The students in the Group A were taught by the multimedia combined with case teaching method and the students in the Group B were taught by the multimedia combined with basic teaching. The teaching contents of the two groups were carried out in the same chapter. After the end of the teaching, the theoretical examination and satisfaction survey were carried out to evaluate the teaching effect. Results After the completion of the teaching, the results of the examination showed that the scores and satisfaction of students in Group A were better than those of students in Group B (t=13.537, P<0.05; χ2=9.350, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the multimedia combined with case teaching method is superior to the multimedia combined with basic teaching methodin the teaching of dermatology and venerology. It can improve the students' theoretical achievement and clinical practice ability significantly, which is beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality.
