大容量直流充电桩集群的调峰研究

摘    要:在新能源政策倡导的发展趋势下,我国新能源汽车的发展已取得了长足的进步,随之增加的是电动汽车的电池能量密度。相应的电动汽车动力电池充电的直流充电桩的功率越来越高,使得直流充电桩的充电功率在配电层总负荷功率中的占比越来越大,这对配电网的规划建设带来新的挑战。根据电动汽车充电过程的随时可中断性,提出在电动汽车的总规模达到一定数量时,可以通过灵活控制电动汽车的总体充电功率,从而达到为电网调峰的目的。通过对电动汽车充电桩的功率和控制模式的分析,得出当直流充电桩的数量及其总功率在配电网负荷中的占比达到一定规模时,在集群控制模式下,更加适合参与配电网层的调峰。

Study of the Group Controlling on Large-Capacity DC Charging Piles for Peak Load Regulation

Abstract:Under the development trend advocated by the new energy policy, the development of new energy vehicles in China has made great progress, and the battery energy density of electric vehicles has increased. The power of the DC charging pile charged by the corresponding electric vehicle power battery is getting higher and higher, so that the charging power of the DC charging pile accounts for an increasing proportion of the total load power of the distribution layer, which brings new challenges to the planning and construction of the distribution network. According to the arbitrarily interruptible charging process of the electric vehicle, it is proposed that when the total scale of the electric vehicle reaches a certain amount, the overall charging power of the electric vehicle can be flexibly controlled, thereby achieving the purpose of peak shaving for the power grid. Through the analysis of the power and control mode of the electric vehicle charging pile, it is concluded that when the number of DC charging piles and their total power in the distribution network load reaches a certain scale, in the cluster control mode, it is more suitable to participate in the peaking of the distribution network layer.
