煤矿大断面切眼围岩变形破坏特征及支护参数设计

摘    要:为了解决大断面切眼片帮严重、局部顶板淋等问题,分析了切眼围岩变形影响因素、顶板力学模型以及帮部力学模型,然后对大断面切眼巷道支护参数进行了设计。研究得出,切眼的顶梁最大挠度和跨度呈三次方关系,切眼巷道帮部围岩破坏深度和切眼巷道高度呈正比以及计算了大断面切眼巷道支护锚网、锚索参数。研究对切眼的支护稳定以及实现煤矿的高产高效具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of large-section cut-eye patch and local roof drenching,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the surrounding rock deformation,the mechanical model of the roof and the mechanical model of the gang,and then the supporting parameters of large section tunnel are designed.The study shows that the maximum deflection of the top beam of the cut hole has a cubic relationship with the span,the failure depth of the surrounding rock is proportional to the height of the tunnel,and the parameters of the bolt net and cable are calculated.The research is of great significance to the stability of the cutting hole support and the realization of the high production and efficiency of the coal mine.
