高效液相色谱法测定安神补脑片中淫羊藿苷含量简

目的建立测定安神补脑片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用KromasilC18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（35：65），流速为0．7mL／min，检测波长为270nm，柱温为30℃。结果淫羊藿苷质量浓度在5．03～50．3μg／mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为98．97％，RSD=1．44％（n=6）。结论该方法灵敏、简便、准确，重现性好，线性关系良好，可作为测定安神补脑片中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。

Determination of Icariin in Anshenbunao Tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for the determination of icariin in Anshen- bunao Tablets. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on the Kromasil Cls column（250 minx4.6 mm, 5 Ixm） with acetonitrile- water（35 ： 65） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0. 7 mL/min. The detecting wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ~C. Results The mass concentration of icariin in the range of 5.03 - 50.3 p~g/mL showed the good linear relation with the peak area（ r = 0. 999 8）, the average recovery rate of icariin was 98.97%, RSD = 1.44% （ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple and accurate with good repeatability and good linearity, which can be used as the content determination method of icariin in Anshenbunao Tablets.
