西洛他唑在经皮冠状动脉介入术抗血小板治疗中的应用简

目的 探讨西洛他唑用于经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）抗血小板治疗的疗效.方法 检索SCI,PubMed,CNKI数据库,阅读相关文献,评价西洛他唑用于预防支架内血栓及再狭窄、三联治疗及特殊患者治疗的疗效.结果与结论 RCTs及Meta分析显示,西洛他唑用于PCI术后治疗有效;三联治疗支架内血栓及再狭窄发生率更低,可减少氯吡格雷抵抗,且不会增加出血等不良反应;对于糖尿病和肾功能不全患者,西洛他唑治疗可能获益更多.

Application of Cilostazol in Antiplatelet Therapy of PCI

Objective To investigate the efficacy of cilostazol used in the antiplatele therapy of percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods SCI, pubMed and CNKI database were retrieved and the related literatures were read. The curative efficacy of cilostazol for preventing the stent thrombosis,restenosis ,trigeminy therapy and the treatment of special patients was evaluated. Results and Conclusion Randomized controlled trials（RCTs） and Meta analysis show that cilostazol is effective in the postoperative therapy of PCI; the trigeminy therapy has the lower occurrence rate of stent thrombosis and restenosis,which can decrease the clopidogrel resistance without increasing the adverse reactions of bleeding, etc.. The cilostazol could obtain more benefits for the patients with diabetes and renal insufficiency.
