| 摘 要： | 医疗卫生体系的转型使医院的定位从单纯的社会福利型开始向公益经营型转变，因此了解医院核心竞争力要素，是医院转型后能否获得持续竞争优势的关键。本文分析了医院的核心竞争力要素，并提出了培育医院核心竞争力的途径。

| Abstract: | The hospital orientates itself from the mere social welfare type to the public welfare and managerial type with the transformation of health delivery system. Understanding the key elements of core competence is vital for hospital to obtain sustained competitive advantage during this period. So this article analyzed the key elements of core competence and put forward the approach to cultivate it. |
