摘 要: | 具有车铣能力的车铣加工中心是实现完整加工的典型机床,更由于车铣技术在加工微小型回转类零件中所拥有的独特优势,使微小型零件的完整加工成为可能;加工实验证明,对于以回转体为基体的微小型零件的加工,车铣加工中心将微细车铣技术和完整加工完美地结合在一起.

Abstract: | Turn-milling machining centre(MC) is the typical machine tool to realize complete machining and there are special advantages of turn-milling technology to cutting micro rotationally symmetrical workpieces,which make the complete machining of micro-parts come true.Experiments show that,for micro components based on rotatory parts,micro turn-milling technology and complete machining are combined together ideally in turn-milling machining center. |
