| 摘 要： | 分析了三角状插座端子零件的冲压成形工艺,阐述了排样方案的选择与设计,模具结构特点和关键零件的设计;着重论述了插座端子的三角状R形成形的分步进行,逐渐整形,达到尺寸形状功能满足设计要求的目的。模具投入生产后证明:结构合理,正常高效,零件质量稳定符合图纸要求,满足了大批量生产的需求。

| Abstract: | The stamping process of triangle of layout have been put forward, as well as the tool socket terminal parts has been analyzed. The selection and design structural characteristics and design of key parts. The triangular R of socket terminal has been formed step by step in gradually way in order to meet the design demands. The application of the die in the production shows that the reasonable structure makes efficient work and stable quality of parts, which satisfies the requirement of large batch production. |
