中西医结合微创治疗粘连性肠梗阻

目的：探索中西医结合与微创技术联合治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法：31例粘连性肠梗阻，在急性期以中西医结合疗法辨证施治，解除急性梗阻；梗阻缓解后行腹腔镜粘连松解术，预防梗阻复发。结果：急性期经中西医结合治疗，肠梗阻均解除。缓解期行腹腔镜粘连松解术，成功26例（83．9％）；中转开腹手术5例（16．1％）。腹腔镜粘连松解术后胃肠功能恢复时间0．5－2d；术后住院时间2－4d。26例腹腔镜粘连松解术后随访（3个月－3年），均无肠梗阻复发的表现。结论：中西医结合微创治疗粘连性肠梗阻中转开腹率较低，并发症发生率低，术后效果好，无梗阻再发。

Laparoscopic and Cmbination of TCM and Western Medicine Treatment in Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Objective:To explore the effect of Laparoscopic and combination of TCM and western medicine treatment in adhesive intestinal obstruction Methods:31 patients suffering from adhesive bowel obstruction were treated with combination of TCM and western medicine in the acute phase,then the obstruction was released.In the remission phase laparoscopy was performed to resolve the adhesion,thus to cure the obstruction.Results:In all of the 31 patients the obstruction was released in acute phase by combination of TCM and western medicine.In the remission phase,26 patients were managed laparoscopically(83.9%),5 were converted to open surgery(16.1%).The time of resuming normal bowel function was 0.5-2 days after surgery.The postoperative hospitalization was 2-4 days.26 patients treated laparoscopically were followed-up(3 months-3 years),none of them recurred.Conclusion:The tretment of adhesive ileus by laparoscopy and combination of TCM and western medicine showed high success rate and low morbidity.The management might save the patients a great deal of discomfortness and allow a puick recovery with early discharge and no recurrences.
